To avoid spreading the adhesive around the surface when sticking, try putting a stick in the adhesive tape and press firmly. The stick will keep the necessary height and avoid the spread of the adhesive.
What is a porous / absorbent material?
Porous materials are those materials that allow liquids and / or gases to penetrate through them - partially or totally (eg wood, glass fiber, cork, ...).
Non-porous materials, on the other hand, leave no liquid or gas to penetrate through them (eg glass, metal, plastic)
Cleaning with a game card
When you finish soldering, take a game card, bend it gently and scrape along the edges of the glued object to remove glue remnants. It's the best way to get rid of residue!
How much do I use?
To achieve a perfect and strong bonding, it is recommended to use between 200 and 400g Moment adhesive per square meter of adhesive.
Better control
If you are using a cartridge, a good idea is to cut the nozzle with a triangular forceps in a V schape. Easier control of the flow of adhesive when applied.
